Gift Vouchers from SPA Hotel Calista


Delight your loved ones or friends on their special occasion with a gift from SPA Hotel Calista.

We offer gift vouchers for a service of your choice in electronic format or as a card.

You can choose from vouchers for:


[h]Validity period of gift vouchers:[/h3]
  • Nights and included services – 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Services at Calista SPA Center, A la carte Restaurant, and other goods and services – 3 months from the date of issue.
Vouchers cannot be extended.

[h]How to request and receive your gift voucher?[/h3]
  • Information and issuing of gift vouchers can be obtained by phone at 0884 44 82 89 or via office@spahotelcalista.com

  • You need to select in advance the product or service to be included in your gift voucher.
  • Information about who is giving the gift and for whom the gift voucher is intended.
  • Vouchers issued by SPA Hotel Calista are considered inactive until the equivalent amount is received by bank transfer to the hotel’s account. After receipt of the payment, the gift voucher is sent to the contacts you provided.


[h]Types of gift vouchers:[/h3]
  • Electronic voucher in PDF format. Sent to your provided email in A4 printable format.
  • Card in paper format. Sent via a courier of your choice at your expense.



[h]General rules for issuing and using gift vouchers:[/h4]
The gift voucher is an official document certifying the holder’s right to receive a product or service at SPA Hotel Calista under the conditions below.
  • A prior request/reservation is required for the selected product or service.
  • Available spots are subject to explicit confirmation by SPA Hotel Calista.
  • SPA Hotel Calista accepts prepaid vouchers from their holders, deducting the voucher value from the total price of the reserved product or service. If the voucher value is less than the price of the requested product or service, the difference must be paid by the user.
  • The voucher can be used within the specified period until its value is fully utilized.
  • The voucher can be used for promotional offers if explicitly stated on the voucher.
  • The voucher can be transferred provided that the holder personally makes the reservation for the third party.
  • In case of theft or loss, the voucher cannot be reissued.
  • A voucher with damaged integrity is invalid.
  • The voucher cannot be exchanged for its cash value.
  • The Terms and Conditions for accommodation at SPA Hotel Calista remain valid at all times.
