A Christmas package reservation is considered confirmed after a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount has been paid.

For cancellations with a paid deposit up to 15 days before arrival, a penalty of 50% of the paid deposit applies. For cancellations less than 15 days before arrival, a penalty of 100% of the paid deposit applies.
