Reservations and Cancellation Policy

The reservation under the “New Year's 2027” package is considered confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit of the total reservation value.

In case of cancellation of a reservation with a paid deposit up to 15 days before the check-in date, a penalty of 50% of the deposit amount will be charged.

In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the check-in date, a penalty of 100% of the paid deposit amount will be charged.
