The “Calista” A La Carte Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the complex, in close proximity to the Lobby Bar and Reception. The restaurant features an elegant and modern interior, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for our guests. “Calista” is the perfect place to enjoy exquisite Mediterranean, international and modern Bulgarian cuisine, carefully selected wines and beverages, as well as thoughtfully crafted dishes created by our Executive Chef. Every item on the menu is prepared with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a truly memorable culinary experience. The capacity of the “Calista” A La Carte Restaurant is 100 seats. Opening hours: The restaurant is open throughout the day. We recommend making a reservation in advance at the Main Reception. Breakfast: Weekdays: 08:00 – 10:00 Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 – 10:30 Lunch: Every day from 12:30 to 15:00, a specially selected lunch menu is available, complementing the main à la carte selection.

The “Calista” Restaurant offers the opportunity to organize private events, celebrations and special occasions in an elegant and comfortable setting, suitable for both small and larger gatherings. The restaurant team provides an individual approach to each event, taking into consideration the specific wishes and needs of the guests. Various menu options, carefully selected beverages and wine selections are available, along with assistance in organizing the overall event concept. Our aim is to make every event a unique and memorable experience. All inquiries and event arrangements are handled and coordinated by the Marketing Department.
